Probably, the most powerfully healing emotions are love and gratitude. Certainly, the water experiments of Japanese scientist, Dr Masaru, strongly suggest this. He froze water and took photographs of the ice crystals and studied the effects of words [written and spoken] on the crystal formations. Dr Masaru found that the words love and gratitude resulted in the most beautiful crystal formations. A profound discovery with significant implications for us, considering our body's are approximately 70% water.
Therefore, if you can begin to develop a feeling of gratitude, you can start to create a positive emotional shift. Thus, leading to a more balanced mind and body, that is conducive to getting pregnant and carrying a baby to term.
However, if you are in the depths of despair because you have been unable to get pregnant or have experienced one or more miscarriage; connecting to feelings of gratitude, can seem impossible.
The trick is to begin with tiny steps that you can build upon. Begin by recalling at the end of each day, one small thing that you felt grateful for that day. For instance, a stranger you passed in the street today, gifted you a warm and friendly smile, during your lunch break you watched butterflies, dance among the flowers, or when you came home from work, your dog was ecstatic to see you. Spend a few quite moments before bed each night and recall that feeling, bring it into your body and allow the sensation to permeate through your whole body and give thanks.
Don't worry if you are only able to hold that feeling for a few seconds. gratitude, is a heart based emotion and the heart generates the largest electromagnetic field of all our organs, including that of the brain's.
You can then begin to build on this and notice throughout the day many little things that you feel grateful for, and then expand that feeling through your body.
Persist with this and you can create a state of gratitude that opens you up to the creative process and this includes creating a baby.
